Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial, nothing is charged today when you start an eligible trial, and you may cancel anytime. You subscribe for software access — not advertising or marketing campaign services.

Eligible Start, Grow, and Pro checkouts include a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged today when you begin an eligible trial. If you cancel during the trial before a paid charge occurs, you will not be billed for that subscription period under the trial terms shown at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing cycle you selected, using the cancellation controls in your account or the billing portal provided by Dodo Payments for your order.

After a paid charge has occurred, contact us if you believe there was a billing error, a duplicate charge, or another payment problem. We will review requests together with Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record for self-serve subscription payments.

Our order process for self-serve subscriptions is conducted by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for these orders and provides customer service related to payment processing, tax invoicing for covered transactions, and returns in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
